Founder

Mr Ishtiaq is a prominent businessman and an experienced RTO developer. He has a passion for helping people achieve their true potential. Ahmed has invested much of his life and resources into providing opportunities for people to achieve a better standard of living. Ahmed is proud of his investment and development of PCBT and has a vision to see it grow and become one of the colleges in Perth and Australia known for its continuous quality improvement and standards of excellence.

MR. MIRKO ALBANO

After being the business owner/manager of Café Mirko in Turin (Italy) for over 16 years, I decided to move to Western Australia, completing Diploma of Hospitality Management at Challenger TAFE (Fremantle Campus).
I have been Chef at Crown Perth for 8 years, working mostly in Atrium Restaurant Buffet, but also other venues such
as The Merriwell, Banquets and Cold Larder at Crown Convention Centre, Poolside Restaurant at Metropol Crown.
I completed my Certificate IV in Training and Assessment in 2016. My passion for cooking and training brought me to Perth College of Business and Technology in late April 2018.
